In compliance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937, Legislative Decree no. 24 of March 10, 2023, was enacted regarding “the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law and provisions concerning the protection of persons reporting violations of national legislative provisions.” The Company has taken all the necessary steps to implement the regulatory provisions and has made available, through publication on its website, the “Reporting Procedure” adopted, including information on channels, reporting methods, and protections provided for reporting individuals.

Complife Group does not tolerate any improper, dishonest, or unlawful activities, as well as any behavior that may cause damage or harm, including reputational harm, to the company.

Complife Group strongly encourages the reporting of such conduct—potential, highly probable, or already committed—through an external digital platform provided to ensure confidentiality of the reporters’ identities and the information provided.

The platform is managed by a third party to ensure the effectiveness and confidentiality of the reporting process and to provide access to all individuals wishing to make a report, anonymously or not.

The reporting channel guarantees the confidentiality of the reporter’s identity, the individuals involved, anyone mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report itself.

Following a report, no form of retaliation against the author is permitted.
