The chinese authorities issued in June 2020 a new fundamental cosmetic legislation, the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics (CSAR), replacing the existing regulations on the matter.

 

This new regulatory framework entered into force on 1 January 2021 and introduces measures relating to the classification of cosmetics and ingredients as well as product safety measures.

 

In order to bring clarity on this issue on 1st december there will be a webinar organized by the Swiss association Hci with the participation of the Complife team.

 

HCI is a Swiss trade association that aims to bring together many different actors belonging to the cosmetic and personal care industry. Part of EFfCI – European Federation for Cosmetic Ingredients – HCI focus is to provide members with comprehensive information on cosmetic industry matters.
